Care Expert – France 🇫🇷

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential health-tech organization seeking a Care Expert to join their member support team in France. In this role, you will transform member inquiries into exceptional experiences by serving as their trusted guide through the French healthcare system.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Providing meaningful solutions and swift responses to member requests across email, chat, and phone (call-back)
• Delivering crystal-clear, accurate information about healthcare coverage and benefits
• Supporting B2B partners and their employees who utilize our client's corporate health insurance
• Dedicating approximately 80% of your time to exceptional member support
• Leading innovative Care projects for the remaining 20% of your time, tailored to your expertise
• Identifying process improvements and implementing data-driven solutions
• Guiding fellow team members and contributing to team performance initiatives
• Collaborating on cross-functional product innovations and member empowerment programs

What We're Looking For

• Full working proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken) - this is essential

This position is classified at the A1-B1 level within our client's compensation framework.
