On Thursday, October 8, 2026, we're inviting recent graduates to compete for 24 spots in a structured Sales Graduate Program with permanent contract (CDI) offers available on the spot.

This is a unique chance to launch your sales career as a Business Development Representative (BDR) starting January 2027 (or based on your availability). Over 18-24 months, you'll build foundational sales skills and progress toward senior commercial roles within the organization.

What the Program Offers

The Sales Graduate Program is designed as a three-phase career accelerator:

• Phase 1: Master BDR fundamentals—prospecting, market understanding, opportunity creation, and engaging decision-makers
• Phase 2: Develop leadership through cross-functional responsibilities including recruitment, coaching new hires, training facilitation, and project management
• Phase 3: Specialize in either enterprise account prospecting (complex, strategic) or SME sales, conducting discovery meetings and product demonstrations

This progression prepares you for internal mobility into Account Executive or Inbound Sales positions.

The Recruitment Day Process

Event Details:

• Date: Thursday, October 8, 2026

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree from a business school with maximum 2 years of professional experience
• Strong interest in sales, ideally with some initial experience in the field
• Enthusiasm and alignment with a health-focused mission
• Team-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and ability to multijuggle tasks
• Eagerness to learn and grow into new responsibilities
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris or Bordeaux
• French language proficiency required for this Paris-based role
