Associate Director, Product Enablement, UK

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a leading global media and marketing technology organization in their search for an Associate Director, Product Enablement based in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a confidential client operating at the intersection of media strategy, AI-driven platforms, and data intelligence.

In this role, you'll oversee enablement activities across the UK market, working hands-on with client teams and internal stakeholders to drive adoption of sophisticated media technology platforms. You'll be the bridge between product capabilities and client success, ensuring teams are trained, supported, and empowered to achieve measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage enablement programs for major clients across the UK market, ensuring effective onboarding, training, and ongoing support through all adoption phases
• Deliver hands-on product walkthroughs, demos, and training sessions tailored to specific client needs and workflows
• Support change management initiatives to help client teams transition to platform-enabled workflows smoothly
• Collaborate with pitch teams and act as the subject matter expert during new business opportunities, setting up discovery and planning capabilities
• Serve as the primary enablement contact for your market, connecting clients with product, engineering, and data strategy teams
• Gather and relay client feedback to inform product improvements and roadmap priorities
• Monitor adoption metrics, engagement levels, and client satisfaction, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Develop enablement materials, case studies, and success stories that highlight value delivered to clients
• Coordinate with regional enablement peers to share learnings and ensure consistency across accounts

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in client enablement, customer success, or training within a technology or data-driven organization
• Strong understanding of technology platforms with the ability to act as a confident product advocate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple client priorities simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret adoption data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Experience delivering training and supporting change management in complex environments
• Familiarity with media planning and buying workflows is beneficial but not essential
• Must have the right to work in the UK
