About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential outdoor equipment company based in Hamburg that is seeking a Working Student (Werkstudent*in) for Performance Marketing & Meta Ads. Our client is an innovative organization known for developing high-quality outdoor products with a strong commitment to sustainability and resource conservation.

This is a student position (Werkstudent) offering 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling and hybrid work options in Hamburg.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of advertising materials in collaboration with design and content teams, contributing to briefings, testing, and creative feedback
• Plan, create, and continuously optimize Meta Ads campaigns
• Independently set up campaigns including audience targeting, creatives, placements, and tracking implementation
• Monitor campaign performance and create regular reports on key metrics including ROAS, CPC, CPM, CTR, and conversion rates
• Manage daily performance optimization and identify opportunities for scaling
• Conduct A/B tests for ads, audiences, and landing pages, deriving actionable optimizations
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Online Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Lead

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program or comparable training in Marketing, Media, Business, E-Commerce, or similar fields
• Strong affinity for digital marketing with initial experience using Meta Ads Manager
• Prior practical work experience in performance marketing with hands-on Meta Ads Manager expertise
• Ideally have independently created, managed, or optimized Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and structured working approach
• Basic understanding of online tracking, ads mechanics, and customer journeys is advantageous
• Passion for outdoor, travel, and adventure content
• Creative eye and understanding of visual branding
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

Pay
