Senior Associate, Analytics

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential media analytics organization seeking a Senior Associate, Analytics to join their London team. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of data, technology, and media strategy, supporting sophisticated analytics solutions for major brands.

Our client operates in a hybrid model with teams in the office approximately four days per week. This position requires the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support Analytics Manager and Analytics Director to identify analytical requirements and solve client challenges effectively and efficiently
• Develop and deliver reporting, business intelligence, and analytics projects from brief through to presentation
• Secure and analyze required data, prepare insights narratives, and create visualizations for internal and external stakeholders
• Utilize the analytics toolset including data visualization technologies (Power BI, Data Studio), reporting tools (Microsoft Excel, Google BigQuery, Google Analytics), and data integration platforms (SQL, Azure)
• Build awareness of clients' business systems and ways of working
• Foster collaborative relationships across the analytics team and wider organization
• Support graduate analysts, interns, and temporary resources as needed

What We're Looking For

• Media, data, and technology industry experience or awareness
• Genuine passion for data, analytics, and technology with eagerness to learn new skills
• Interest in AI and its application to problem-solving
• Strong communication skills for internal collaboration and client interaction
• Ability to distill data into actionable insights and present findings clearly and engagingly
• Understanding or awareness of digital media concepts (adserving, cookies, pixels), data visualization, dashboarding, web analytics, and statistical analysis
• Hands-on experience with relevant technologies such as Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio, Datorama, Google Analytics, Advanced Excel, SQL, or R is beneficial
• Right to work in the United Kingdom
