This role sits at the intersection of strategic consulting and technical delivery, supporting transformational implementations for some of the world's leading organizations.

You'll lead complex customer programs from conception through delivery, working closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes. This position requires someone who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on project execution, managing multiple concurrent engagements while maintaining exceptional stakeholder relationships.

Important: Fluency in German language is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformational customer programs, defining outcomes and steering teams toward successful implementation
• Manage resources, schedules, scope and budgets across multiple concurrent projects, creating and maintaining detailed plans that emphasize speed to delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior executives, process owners and technical teams within client organizations, ensuring alignment on goals and requirements
• Collaborate with sales and partner teams during pre-sales phases to position services value and create comprehensive statements of work
• Communicate project status regularly to stakeholders, covering key discussion items, action items, risks and issues with transparency
• Proactively identify, manage and escalate risks and issues to both internal leadership and client sponsors to minimize impact on project success
• Provide guidance and mentoring to implementation teams, including partner resources, ensuring methodology adherence and quality standards
• Maintain accurate project documentation in professional services automation systems to enable portfolio reporting
• Contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery methods, building best practices and field expertise

What We're Looking For

• Extensive client-facing project management experience in enterprise software implementations, with proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Deep expertise in project management disciplines including documentation, maintenance of project plans, risk/issue/action logs, and problem resolution
• Strong consulting background with exceptional communication skills and demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and timelines
• Experience managing consulting teams both onshore and offshore
• Track record of positioning services, writing proposals and creating statements of work within partner ecosystems
• History of working effectively with partner ecosystems and managing co-delivery arrangements
• Ability to set and manage customer expectations with professionalism and clarity
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in applying technology solutions to core business problems
• Project management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or SAFe/Agile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
• Fluency in German language is required
