About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential AI solutions organization seeking a Partner Technical Enablement professional for their Paris office. Our client works with enterprise customers across finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, delivering customized AI systems through a partner ecosystem.

In this role, you'll build and scale technical enablement programs that empower partners to successfully position, implement, and support AI solutions. You'll create reusable assets, deliver training, and maintain feedback loops between partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain high-quality technical assets including demos, reference architectures, and partner-adaptable pilots
• Develop and deliver training materials and courses for the partner training platform
• Drive enablement at scale across partner channels through training, conference sessions, and certification programs
• Represent the organization at partner, customer, and industry events, including executive briefings and developer gatherings
• Lead technical workshops, hackathons, and community events that drive solution adoption
• Provide feedback and market signals to go-to-market, marketing, product, and engineering teams

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Extensive experience working with systems integrators or technology ecosystems, including at least one hyperscaler platform (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure)
• Proven track record building, launching, and expanding scalable partner enablement programs
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and advanced implementations
• Demonstrated ability leading hands-on technical sessions, workshops, and hackathons
• Experience creating compelling technical demonstrations and reference implementations that partners can adapt
• Track record producing high-quality technical content across multiple formats (written, video, audio/podcasts)
• Proven success driving partner technical engagement and adoption
• Strong Python or TypeScript skills

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with learning platforms (SCORM/LMS) and content operations including versioning, QA, release notes, and analytics
• Hands-on experience with enterprise deployments covering security, IAM, networking, and observability
• Ability to build and maintain reference code including SDKs, templates, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate drafting, testing, and documentation workflows
