Business Development Manager – AI Data Solutions (Paris)

This role focuses on developing strategic client relationships within the AI data sector, working with prestigious technology companies that require high-quality training data for machine learning applications across various AI domains.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective clients in target markets, understanding their business and technical needs in AI and machine learning
• Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation through qualification, opportunity development, and deal closure
• Generate and manage high-value profitable business deals while ensuring customer success and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate tracking of opportunities within CRM systems and provide weekly forecasts and executive updates
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across different time zones and cultures to deliver client solutions
• Track and manage KPIs, providing client-facing status reports on account progress, health, risks and opportunities
• Manage overall financial health of assigned client engagements and drive efficiencies across processes and technology
• Attend industry tradeshows and support marketing initiatives including case studies and social media
• Propose and implement innovative service offerings to meet evolving client needs
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders while managing communications around owned accounts

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets within the AI industry
• Language skills: Fluency in English and French required; additional business-level languages are a strong plus
• Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
• Service-focused mindset with commitment to exceeding client expectations
• Ability to multitask and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team collaboration skills with experience working across diverse backgrounds and cultures
• Financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and make sound business decisions
