AI Solutions Architect

About This Role

We are representing a confidential global workforce solutions organization that is investing heavily in AI to transform their operations. They need a hands-on AI Solutions Architect based in Colombia who can architect, build, and rapidly deploy AI-powered applications and automation workflows across their business.

This is not a research role—this is a builder role. You'll work directly with leadership to turn business challenges into working AI systems that drive efficiency, automation, and growth across recruiting, operations, client success, and revenue functions.

Responsibilities

Build AI Products & Intelligent Workflows

• Design and deploy AI agents and automation systems that improve business performance
• Build AI-powered solutions for sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and candidate engagement
• Create intelligent workflow automation across sales, client success, operations, finance, and compliance
• Develop internal productivity tools that improve decision-making and efficiency
• Identify manual processes that can be automated and transformed through AI

Engineer Scalable Solutions

• Write clean, scalable, production-ready code
• Design secure APIs and integrations across the technology ecosystem
• Build end-to-end systems leveraging LLMs, workflow orchestration platforms, databases, and third-party applications
• Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices
• Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and built for scale

Drive AI Innovation

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and models
• Prototype and test new approaches to increase productivity and automation
• Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives with the highest business impact
• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements and bring innovative solutions into production

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or related technical field
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered products and automation workflows
• Strong experience working with modern LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent models
• Advanced proficiency with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs
• Strong SQL and relational database expertise
• Experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and systems thinking
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR technology, or workforce solutions
• Experience building AI agents and multi-agent systems
• Experience with platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, n8n, Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Zoho, or Workable
• Experience integrating AI into operational and customer-facing workflows
• Previous startup or high-growth company experience
