Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential technology organization in Brazil that is seeking a mid-level DevOps analyst to join their infrastructure team. In this role, you will execute, maintain, and improve existing DevOps solutions while investigating medium-complexity problems and escalating cases that require architectural decisions or specialized expertise.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Cloud Build, or Jenkins
- Managing container workloads in Kubernetes environments, including deployments, services, ingress, configmaps, secrets, and troubleshooting
- Creating and maintaining infrastructure as code using Terraform with proper version control and remote state management
- Operating and troubleshooting Google Cloud Platform resources including IAM, VPC, Cloud Storage, Secret Manager, GKE, and Cloud Run
- Implementing GitOps practices with versioned configuration and infrastructure, managing differences across Dev, QA, and Production environments
- Investigating and resolving operational incidents related to pipelines, infrastructure, networking, containers, and applications
- Creating and maintaining dashboards, alerts, and log queries for operational monitoring
- Managing Docker images and Helm charts for application deployments
- Ensuring secure secrets management and DevSecOps practices throughout build and runtime processes
- Documenting technical procedures, runbooks, and infrastructure configurations
What We're Looking For
Required Technical Skills:
- Intermediate Linux administration (Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS) including troubleshooting processes, services, permissions, filesystems, logs, networking, and resource consumption
- Intermediate experience with Google Cloud Platform, specifically networking, storage, compute, IAM, GKE, or Cloud Run
- Intermediate Docker and Kubernetes skills including workload troubleshooting, deployments, and cluster operations
- Proficiency with Git workflows including pull requests, code review, branching, and conflict resolution
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, quality gates, artifact publishing, and deployment
- Basic Terraform experience for creating and maintaining infrastructure resources, variables, outputs, and modules
- Automation scripting with Bash/Shell and Python or equivalent languages
- Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs for automation and platform tooling
- Helm chart installation, parameterization, and maintenance
- Understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, availability, latency, SLA, SLI, and SLO
- Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, HTTPS/TLS, and load balancing configuration
- Familiarity with secure secrets management and DevSecOps scanning practices
- Basic Windows Server administration is a plus
