About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential global technology solutions provider with operations across more than 100 cities worldwide. Our client's AI data division is experiencing rapid growth, delivering high-quality training data for machine learning to some of the world's most prestigious technology companies. We're seeking a Business Development Manager to join their AI Solutions team in Paris and drive new business development across the AI data services sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients in target markets, understanding their business and technical needs
- Qualify and quantify new business opportunities, driving them from lead generation through to closure
- Manage the full sales cycle and ensure ongoing customer success and satisfaction
- Draft and implement comprehensive business development plans
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of AI data solutions, products, processes, and industry developments
- Track business opportunities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with production and technology teams across different time zones and cultures
- Generate and manage high-value, profitable business deals
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular status reports to internal stakeholders and clients
- Attend trade shows and contribute to marketing initiatives including case studies and social media
- Provide accurate weekly forecasts and daily updates
- Own financial health of assigned client engagements and drive operational efficiencies
- Manage stakeholder communication for assigned accounts and business areas
- Support training and adoption of new technologies and services for both internal teams and clients
- Propose and implement innovative new service offerings
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience, ideally within the AI industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in AI or related technology sectors
