You'll be instrumental in designing and automating the systems that ensure our client maintains the highest standards of security and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy automation scripts and tools to streamline compliance monitoring, evidence collection, risk assessments, and control testing
• Build and maintain integrations between GRC platforms and enterprise systems including SIEM, IAM, and ticketing tools for real-time monitoring
• Create automated dashboards providing real-time visibility into compliance status, risk exposure, and control effectiveness
• Implement automated control testing for technical controls such as access reviews, patch management, and configuration compliance
• Embed compliance and security policies directly into cloud and on-premise environments using policy-as-code principles
• Develop workflows to automate risk identification and prioritization, integrating vulnerability scanning with GRC platforms
• Automate audit evidence collection including logs, configuration files, and access records for internal and external audits
• Set up automated alerts and triggers for non-compliance events such as unauthorized access or policy violations
• Build workflows to automate vendor risk assessments, questionnaires, scoring, and escalation processes
• Collaborate with security teams to automate incident response and remediation workflows
• Continuously optimize GRC platforms by automating routine tasks and enhancing scalability

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), IT audit, cybersecurity, or related fields
• Hands-on experience working with GRC platforms and tools
• Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, COBIT, GDPR, NIS2, or HIPAA
• Strong proficiency in scripting and automation to streamline GRC processes
• Solid understanding of IT controls, risk assessment methodologies, and security best practices
• Experience with SIEM, IAM, or vulnerability management tools
• Familiarity with cloud security and compliance across major platforms
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and develop actionable insights
• Creative and pragmatic approach to solving complex GRC challenges
• Meticulous attention to detail in managing documentation, controls, and compliance evidence
• Excellent collaboration skills across IT, Security, Legal, and Business teams
• Clear communication abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Professional proficiency in English; French proficiency is a strong advantage
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer preferred
