Business Development Representative – Key Accounts

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fintech organization in Brazil seeking a Business Development Representative focused on Key Accounts. In this role, you will:

• Develop personalized outbound strategies to generate qualified opportunities and increase conversion rates
• Conduct in-depth research on companies and contacts to understand their needs and map appropriate solutions
• Execute lead qualification for large accounts (500+ employees), performing thorough diagnostics to prioritize opportunities with the highest potential
• Attend industry events in person to actively prospect clients and build face-to-face networking relationships
• Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize time, resources, and sales approaches
• Collaborate directly with sales and marketing teams, aligning strategies, sharing insights, and proposing innovative commercial approaches
• Utilize and manage CRM systems (Salesforce), ensuring complete interaction records, constant status updates, and proper lead flow

What We're Looking For

• Experience with outbound pre-sales routines targeting large clients (accounts with 500+ employees)
• Proven experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM) practices for prospecting
• Strong proficiency in CRM tools, with required knowledge of Salesforce and desirable experience with Meetime
• Practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to sales routines
• Background in startups or technology companies with a B2B sales focus
• High level of proactivity and autonomy, capable of making quick decisions and acting without micromanagement while focusing on continuous process improvement
• Residency in São Paulo (Capital) or metropolitan region
• Availability for in-person participation in team events, brand activations, and content capture/recording sessions, though the position is remote
