About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential B2B marketing organization seeking a talented Video Editor to create premium LinkedIn content focused on analytics, optimization, and digital strategy. This is a remote role based in Jordan, working with a U.S.-based team on founder-led video content.
Our client produces data-driven educational content for business audiences. You'll transform raw footage into polished social videos that make complex topics engaging and accessible.
Responsibilities
- Edit short LinkedIn videos, typically 30 seconds to 3 minutes in length
- Transform raw talking-head footage and screen recordings into polished social content
- Add captions, callouts, zooms, screenshots, charts, and simple motion graphics
- Apply clean, consistent color grading to maintain a premium aesthetic
- Enhance audio with basic sound design and leveling
- Create visually compelling presentations of business and data-heavy topics
- Craft strong openings that capture viewer attention in the first few seconds
- Repurpose longer recordings into bite-sized clips for social distribution
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content
- Communicate effectively with remote team members and incorporate feedback professionally
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social media video work
- Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, captions, and visual hierarchy
- Experience editing talking-head, educational, or business-focused content
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar professional editing software
- Good written English for client communication
- Self-motivated and organized with ability to work independently
Preferred:
- Experience with B2B, SaaS, marketing, design, or technology content
- Motion graphics or After Effects capabilities
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and YouTube content styles
- Interest in conversion optimization, user experience, or digital marketing
