Senior Community Manager – B2B (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-funded healthtech organization that is transforming how frontline care workers engage with technology. Our client has secured significant venture backing and serves thousands of facilities across German-speaking markets. They're now looking for a Senior Community Manager to build their end-user community from the ground up and establish their social presence among care professionals.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how a rapidly growing B2B platform connects with and supports the frontline workers who use it daily. You'll be the voice of the community, turning user experiences into authentic stories that resonate across social channels.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch the end-user community from zero—selecting platforms, recruiting power users, and driving daily engagement
• Own organic social media strategy and execution for end users, creating written content, short-form video, and visual assets
• Capture and publish compelling user stories, testimonials, and user-generated content from nurses, care workers, and other frontline staff
• Develop the social and community playbook including tone of voice, content pillars, publishing cadence, and response guidelines
• Establish the foundation for events, champion/ambassador programs, and key opinion leader partnerships
• Monitor community health, engagement metrics, and sentiment to continuously optimize strategy

What We're Looking For

• 4-7 years of experience managing community and/or organic social for a SaaS, healthtech, or purpose-driven B2B brand
• Proven track record building a community channel or platform from scratch
• Strong hands-on experience with community platforms such as Facebook Groups, Slack, Discord, or WhatsApp communities
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging content independently—both written and short-form video/visual content
• Authentic and empathetic communication style with the ability to build trust among sensitive, demanding audiences
• Fluency in German with comfortable professional English communication skills
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
