Our client has built one of the fastest-growing platforms in conversational AI, serving tens of millions of users globally. They're now expanding their design team to help shape the next generation of AI-powered user experiences.

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll own end-to-end design across multiple product surfaces including conversational experiences, character creation, monetization flows, and emerging product areas. You'll collaborate closely with product leadership, engineers, and a talented design team to solve complex problems at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from concept through delivery
  • Translate complex product and technical challenges into intuitive, high-quality user experiences
  • Balance speed, experimentation, and craft across fast-moving initiatives
  • Design for engagement, retention, monetization, and conversion at scale
  • Create and iterate on visual content (image and video) to support product exploration and in-product experiences
  • Contribute original product ideas and creative concepts that push boundaries
  • Identify opportunities beyond the immediate brief and help shape new features
  • Work confidently across modern design, prototyping, and creative tooling
  • Experiment with AI-powered tools to accelerate exploration and execution
  • Communicate design reasoning clearly and defend ideas thoughtfully
  • Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams

  • Strong technical fluency and comfort working with AI tools
  • Advanced prototyping skills with ability to choose appropriate fidelity based on testing needs
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
  • High design taste and strong visual judgment
  • Confidence operating independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • High ownership mindset and strong decision-making ability
  • Portfolio demonstrating consumer product work, product thinking, technical depth, and shipped results
