About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization that is transforming how clinicians interact with medical knowledge and evidence-based resources. Our talent team is seeking a Partnerships Associate to join their London office in a part-time capacity with potential to grow into a full-time role.

This position sits at the intersection of healthcare partnerships, clinical evidence, and operational excellence. You'll work directly with senior leadership to build and maintain relationships across NHS organizations, medical publishers, professional societies, and guideline bodies. This is an ideal opportunity for an F3 or F4 doctor looking to transition into health tech, product, and partnerships while leveraging their NHS experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead information-gathering and outreach programs across NHS organizations from conception through execution
• Design and maintain comprehensive tracking systems for contacts, documentation, deadlines, and follow-ups
• Build and deploy AI-agent workflows to automate repetitive, multi-step processes at scale
• Audit automated outputs, identify failure modes, and establish clear boundaries for human oversight
• Communicate with NHS teams, publishers, societies, and universities in appropriate professional registers
• Map the clinical knowledge landscape to identify key stakeholders and prioritize strategic conversations
• Prepare materials for senior partnership meetings, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely action closure
• Proactively surface risks, gaps, and decision points with concise, actionable updates

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• 2+ years managing complex operational, clinical, or partnership initiatives (demonstrated impact matters more than tenure)
• Genuine enthusiasm for software's potential to transform workflows and user experiences
• Advanced proficiency with AI tools, including hands-on experience building agent workflows or automations that others depend on
• Strong organizational capacity to manage multiple concurrent workstreams without dropping threads
• Demonstrated passion for AI through building, prototyping, or side projects
• Bias toward building solutions rather than escalating requests
• Intellectual confidence paired with openness to being proven wrong

Highly Valued:

• Experience working within or closely alongside the NHS
• Medical training at FY2 level or beyond, particularly if currently F3 or F4
• Current NHS affiliation and NHS.net email address (must be used in compliance with organizational policies)
• Understanding of UK hospital workflows and how clinicians access information during patient care
• Familiarity with medical journals, publishers, guideline bodies, professional societies, and academic institutions
• Background in health tech, clinical informatics, research, quality improvement, product operations, or early-stage companies
