Technical Product Lead – AI Neobank App

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization expanding its AI-powered financial services platform across Southeast Asia. Our talent team is seeking a Technical Product Lead to own a critical product vertical within their neobank application, covering payments, remittance, insurance, wealth management, and trading capabilities.

This is a remote role based in Poland, working with a distributed international team across multiple time zones. Strong English communication is essential for collaboration with global colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Own a product vertical end-to-end, including strategy, metrics, roadmap, priorities, and delivery from concept through production launch
• Shape technical design with engineering teams across APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, failure handling, security, and scalability
• Drive complex trade-offs balancing correctness, speed, cost, reliability, regulatory requirements, and user experience
• Build regulatory compliance into product development across KYC, transaction monitoring, limits, privacy, and licensing requirements
• Apply AI strategically where it improves outcomes, establishing clear evaluation frameworks, safeguards, human oversight, and failure handling protocols
• Ship products effectively around external dependencies including regulatory approvals, financial rails, and third-party partner integrations
• Align cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and Finance around clear product decisions and launch requirements

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex technical products from strategy through production
• Strong technical foundation across system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, failure modes, and distributed systems
• Proven ability to work closely with engineers, review technical designs, and contribute meaningfully to architectural decisions
• Experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading, or another regulated, high-consequence product domain
• Strong product judgment with ability to make difficult trade-offs under technical, regulatory, and operational constraints
• Experience building with LLMs or AI products, including evaluation, reliability assessment, and understanding when AI should not be used
• Comfort working in a distributed, fast-moving international team across different time zones

Preferred qualifications:

• Engineering or highly technical product background
• Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
• Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products
