Key Responsibilities

• Manage client communications via email, telephone, and video conferencing, responding professionally and promptly to enquiries and requests
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, updating information systems and ensuring data integrity
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings between clients and advisers
• Prepare client documentation, statements, and correspondence for dispatch and record-keeping
• Process client requests and transactions in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Support the delivery of excellent client service through proactive organisation and follow-up
• Liaise between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
