Account Executive

Xplor is seeking a remote Account Executive to join our merchant sales team. This full-time position, based in Mansfield, TX, offers the opportunity to drive growth and customer success through consultative selling.

The Opportunity

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll play a critical role in acquiring and developing customer relationships. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while representing Xplor's innovative solutions to merchants and businesses. You'll leverage your sales expertise to identify opportunities, build robust pipelines, and close deals that fuel company growth and your own career advancement.

Your Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential customers to understand their unique needs and pain points
• Present Xplor solutions with a focus on demonstrating measurable value and ROI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the entire sales cycle
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet quarterly sales objectives
• Collaborate with customer success and technical teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and sales forecasting using CRM tools
