About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization in München that is seeking a working student to join their People & Organizational Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity to actively shape company culture while gaining hands-on experience across HR, organizational development, employer branding, and sustainability initiatives.

You will work on diverse projects from conception to implementation, gaining exposure to strategic people initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with flat hierarchies and collaborative decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Personnel & Leadership Development: Support the design and implementation of development programs and learning formats, including online training sessions for AI-related skill building
• Organizational Development: Contribute to various projects shaping organizational culture; support the organization and facilitation of retrospectives and workshops
• Employee Surveys & Sustainability: Participate in conducting and analyzing the annual employee survey (from setup through evaluation); contribute to the organization's sustainability reporting
• Employer Branding: Support internal and external campaigns and create content for social media channels—from brainstorming through image collection to writing captions
• Operational Support: Assist the operations team with administrative and organizational tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (4th semester or higher) or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field
• Previous experience in HR through internships or working student positions
• Strong interest in organizational culture and personnel development
• Very good German and English language skills
• Hands-on mentality: comfortable switching between administrative tasks and strategic thinking
• Ability to work in München
