Client Relations Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential luxury hospitality client in their search for a Client Relations Manager to join their sales team. This is a fully remote position where you'll play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth clients seeking premium experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client leads in collaboration with the marketing team
• Qualify prospective clients to ensure alignment and long-term partnership potential
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals across service offerings
• Lead the closing process and coordinate with finance to ensure smooth payment completion
• Oversee service delivery teams to ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded across planning and execution
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term loyalty
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including booking quotas, prospecting activity metrics, and client satisfaction scores

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in client relationship management or sales within travel, real estate, or another high-value sector serving high-net-worth individuals
• Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong proficiency with CRM platforms, presentation tools, and online productivity software
• Multi-tasking capabilities and ability to work effectively under deadlines
• Experience with and passion for international travel highly desirable

Pay
