Senior Marketing Automation Manager

About the Opportunity

We are representing a confidential open-source technology company seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Manager. Our client is a global leader in enterprise software with customers spanning public cloud providers, silicon manufacturers, and major industry players across multiple sectors. This is a fully remote position available in multiple regions including EMEA, North America, and APAC.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimise advanced lifecycle journeys across email and multi-channel CRM platforms
• Monitor overall marketing automation platform performance and health
• Lead experimentation programs across nurture streams, targeting strategies, and conversion optimization initiatives
• Develop and implement advanced lead nurturing, lead scoring, and engagement frameworks
• Build scalable automation workflows to support cross-functional marketing stakeholders
• Establish integrations and automations between CRM systems and other marketing platforms

What We're Looking For

• Advanced proficiency with Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proven experience setting up integrations and automations between CRM systems and various platforms
• Ability to work with at least two of the following languages: Python, JavaScript, SQL, or Velocity
• Solid understanding of lead generation data and analytics
• Strong grasp of segmentation strategy and CRM best practices
• Active engagement with emerging trends in marketing technology
• Remote work experience preferred given the distributed nature of the organization
