This organization is building intelligent energy management systems that integrate solar, storage, and connected devices into optimized platforms. We're seeking a Junior Go to Market Project Manager to help scale their customer-facing product initiatives across new market segments.

This role focuses on operational execution: you'll track performance, identify friction points in customer journeys, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure product launches transition smoothly from pilot to scale. You'll work closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and Marketing to turn strategy into measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Drive scalability of platform offerings by identifying and resolving bottlenecks in customer onboarding, support workflows, and retention processes in collaboration with Product and Operations teams
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks that consolidate launch KPIs, activation metrics, and operational data into actionable insights for leadership
• Manage cross-functional execution of go-to-market initiatives by tracking workstreams, mapping dependencies, and ensuring alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations
• Own end-to-end follow-through on action items, proactively address blockers, and maintain momentum beyond initial stakeholder meetings
• Translate KPI trends into data-driven corrective actions and communicate findings clearly to diverse stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in commercial roles, project management, or operations at a startup, consulting firm, or fast-paced technology company
• Strong organizational skills: ability to decompose complex go-to-market workstreams into clear tasks, manage competing priorities, and establish tracking systems that teams actually use
• Comfort with data and reporting: experience building dashboards, tracking KPIs consistently, and synthesizing numbers into concise stakeholder updates
• Ownership mindset: you follow through on commitments without prompting, chase down blockers proactively, and ensure cross-team alignment translates into real progress
• Excellent communication skills in both German (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2), written and verbal, with ability to engage effectively across teams with different backgrounds and priorities
• Genuine interest in the energy transition and eagerness to understand how hardware-plus-subscription business models scale
