Responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Develop marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and promotional content
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and provide optimization recommendations
• Assist in managing marketing budgets and resource allocation
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners for marketing initiatives and events
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices
• Contribute innovative ideas during team meetings and brainstorming sessions

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• 4-5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in a technology or creative environment
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and modern marketing tools
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and content management systems
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus
