We are representing a confidential technology client seeking a talented UGC Content Creator to produce engaging, authentic video content for their digital platforms. This is a fully remote position where you'll transform scripts and concepts into compelling short-form video content that connects with audiences across social media and marketing channels.

Our talent team is looking for a creative professional who thrives on camera, understands social media dynamics, and can deliver content that captures attention in the first few seconds.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging UGC-style video content for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and digital channels
• Follow provided scripts and confidently portray different characters, scenarios, and concepts on camera
• Develop and adapt scripts to ensure content feels natural, engaging, and platform-appropriate
• Produce creative content using varied locations, characters, props, camera angles, transitions, and storytelling techniques
• Use strong visual, verbal, and viral hooks to capture viewer attention immediately
• Research social media trends, viral content formats, and emerging UGC styles to inform new content
• Record high-quality video and audio using appropriate equipment
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective UGC concepts
• Record multiple content variations for testing purposes
• Incorporate feedback and revise content as needed while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of UGC content creation experience, ideally with technology or B2B brands
• Portfolio demonstrating strong on-camera ability and creativity
• Strong on-camera presence and natural communication skills on video
• Ability to deliver scripted lines naturally without sounding rehearsed
• Capability to interpret and portray different characters, personalities, and scenarios
• Deep understanding of UGC and short-form video content
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms
• Understanding of visual hooks, viral techniques, storytelling, pacing, and viewer retention
• Creative mindset to transform simple concepts into engaging videos
• Professional-quality camera, microphone, lighting, and internet setup for remote production
• Strong spoken and written English communication
• Availability during Chicago business hours (Central Time)

Preferred Qualifications:

• American accent
• Previous experience creating UGC for technology, SaaS, B2B, trucking, logistics, or transportation brands
• Dedicated home studio or professional content creation setup
• Access to green screen and appropriate lighting equipment
• Access to relevant filming locations such as trucks, truck stops, gas stations, warehouses, or logistics environments
• Experience developing scripts or contributing creative concepts for campaigns
• Experience creating paid social media advertisements or performance marketing content
• Basic video editing skills
• Familiarity with content performance metrics and A/B testing
