About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a fast-growing compliance technology company in Europe that recently closed a significant Series A funding round. This organization is building an AI-native platform that automates compliance processes for enterprise clients, and they're expanding their product leadership team in München.

As Head of Product, you'll own the product vision and roadmap during a transformative period in the compliance technology space. You'll be responsible for steering the product strategy as the industry shifts from traditional software tools to AI-driven automation that delivers compliance outcomes rather than just enabling compliance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap, focusing on the evolution from client-operated software to outcome-driven compliance services
• Partner with compliance subject matter experts to translate domain knowledge into product requirements and automation opportunities
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four product managers and two designers, establishing best practices for discovery, validation, and delivery
• Optimize the product discovery process, working cross-functionally with compliance experts, design, and engineering to validate ideas with clients before building
• Align product initiatives with revenue, retention, and measurable client value metrics, ensuring features translate into business outcomes
• Own roadmap prioritization independently while maintaining alignment with technical leads, customer advisory boards, key clients, and leadership
• Define success metrics for each initiative in client-facing terms such as time saved, risk mitigated, and time to audit readiness
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to leverage usage data for continuous product improvement

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading product strategy in B2B SaaS as a Head of Product or equivalent role at a startup, scale-up, or agile team
• Track record of taking products from concept through general availability multiple times
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and managing product managers with demonstrated ability to set clear expectations and provide effective feedback
• Success partnering with compliance, legal, or other domain experts to translate specialized knowledge into product requirements
• Passion for AI and experience using it to define new product processes and workflows
• Ambitious, driven mindset with desire to have high impact on transforming how compliance work gets done
• Technical engineering expertise (frontend, backend, cloud architecture) to effectively communicate with engineering teams and translate complex requirements—strongly preferred
• Familiarity with GRC, information security, or privacy domains—a plus
• German language skills required for this position
