About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential technology organization seeking a Business Consultant to join their Northern Europe advisory practice. This is a remote role supporting strategic transformation initiatives across Denmark, Netherlands, Norway, and the UK.

You will serve as a senior individual contributor, combining business consulting expertise with deep industry knowledge to advise executive leadership on transformation strategies, operating models, and technology-enabled business outcomes. This role focuses on strategic advisory rather than hands-on implementation.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and transformation teams, acting as a strategic advisor throughout complex engagements
• Understand customer objectives and operating context to define outcome-driven transformation strategies
• Assess operating models, business processes, organizational capabilities, data workflows, and digital maturity to identify improvement opportunities
• Define target-state operating models, transformation roadmaps, business cases, success measures, and benefits realization plans
• Lead executive workshops, facilitate decision-making, and align stakeholders across complex organizations
• Advise on how technology ecosystems support business outcomes through effective workflows, data management, and interoperability
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for data automation and AI based on business value and organizational readiness
• Partner with technical specialists to shape advisory engagements, validate strategic recommendations, and develop credible delivery roadmaps

What We're Looking For

• Substantial experience in AECO sectors, management consulting, or business transformation, with a proven track record of independently leading complex strategy engagements
• Deep expertise in construction, infrastructure, engineering consultancy, utilities, or related project-based, asset-intensive industries
• Strong working knowledge of design and construction technology ecosystems, with ability to discuss capabilities, workflow fit, data interoperability, and business value
• Strong understanding of operating models, organizational change, governance, business cases, and benefits realization
• Practical understanding of data-centric workflows, enterprise systems, automation, and responsible AI adoption
• Ability to lead through influence across cross-functional and international teams
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
• Fluent English required; Dutch and other European languages highly valued
• Willingness to travel to customer meetings and events across Northern Europe (up to 50%)
• Proven experience advising executives, structuring complex problems, and facilitating high-stakes workshops
