Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity organization seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive revenue growth across Bavaria. In this individual contributor role, you will own the complete sales cycle within your assigned territory, from initial prospecting through deal closure with mid-to-large enterprise accounts.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders while maintaining momentum throughout the process
  • Engaging directly with C-level decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, CTOs) to align security and networking solutions with their strategic business objectives
  • Positioning yourself as a trusted advisor within your territory, demonstrating how our client's solutions integrate into customers' long-term success plans
  • Leveraging sales intelligence, win-loss analysis, and pipeline metrics to continuously refine your sales strategies
  • Collaborating with the broader sales organization to share insights, best practices, and territory intelligence
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with local MSSPs, VARs, and strategic partners to expand market reach
  • Staying current on industry trends and competitive positioning within the cybersecurity and SaaS landscape

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone with proven territory sales expertise who can navigate enterprise-level cybersecurity sales with confidence:

  • 5+ years of experience in territory sales within cybersecurity, SaaS, or related technology sectors
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving measurable revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity, SaaS, or networking solutions with awareness of current market dynamics and competitive landscape
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage effectively with senior-level decision-makers
  • Relationship-building skills that create long-term, trust-based partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Partner collaboration experience working with MSSPs, VARs, and other channel partners to expand business opportunities
  • Fluency in German and English to serve the Munich market effectively

This is an individual contributor position based in München, ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives on autonomy and territory ownership.
