About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading digital media organization in the DACH region that produces premium business and entertainment podcasts. Our client is looking for a Senior Audio & Video Producer to elevate their flagship podcast content—a weekly show featuring prominent voices from business, entertainment, and pop culture. This role combines technical excellence with creative storytelling to shape how thousands of listeners and viewers experience each episode.

As part of our talent team at Get A Job.ai, we are seeking candidates who can take full ownership of production from studio setup through final delivery, working with high-profile guests and maintaining brand-consistent quality across all formats.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete technical execution of podcast episodes from studio setup and location shoots (including lighting and recording) through high-end post-production and final upload
• Edit and mix long-form content plus YouTube intros, trailers, and short-form content for social channels; create compelling thumbnails to maximize engagement
• Ensure consistent visual and audio standards while continuously optimizing workflows and advancing production capabilities
• Monitor industry trends, contribute strategic input to the team, and drive future-focused development of processes and productions
• Take full responsibility for raw material management (backup and archiving) and provide technical mentorship to junior colleagues and freelancers

What We're Looking For

• Extensive professional experience in audio and video recording plus high-end post-production
• Proven expertise editing social media reels for major brands—you instantly identify strong hooks, master dynamic caption animations, and understand platform-specific storytelling
• Expert-level proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Creative Cloud and DaVinci Resolve), technical equipment (cameras, lighting), and AI tool implementation; solid color grading knowledge required
• Strong skills with audio editing software and an ear for sound design
• Excellent communication abilities and positive presence when working with teams and prominent guests
• Highly organized approach to backup workflows (Google Drive, NAS) with ability to stay calm during on-location or spontaneous shoots
• Podcast production experience is a plus but not mandatory
• German language proficiency required for this Hamburg-based role
