Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential engineering consultancy in München seeking a working student to support their controlling department. In this role, you will:
- Support operational project controlling activities, including invoice preparation, invoicing, and project setup
- Assist with monthly reporting, including optimization and creation of new reports
- Contribute to the improvement of controlling-relevant topics and processes, taking ownership of project tasks
- Provide and prepare relevant data for the accounting department
- Participate in quarterly project audits
- Work closely with project managers and other departments to ensure project execution aligns with company objectives
- Create ad-hoc analyses and reports as needed
- Maintain and update master data on an ongoing basis
What We're Looking For
Our client is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study
- Genuine interest in working with numbers and financial data
- Analytical thinking and structured approach to problem-solving
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Independent working style with strong organizational and communication abilities
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to work responsibly and take initiative
