Central Monitor II – Remote Mexico

We are representing a confidential clinical research organization seeking a Central Monitor II to join their remote team in Mexico. This role focuses on remote patient data review for multi-phase clinical trials, ensuring protocol compliance, patient safety, and data integrity through advanced analytical technologies.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret clinical trial protocols, critical data points, and safety/data integrity risks related to study execution
• Analyze patient data listings and analytical dashboards to confirm eligibility, identify protocol deviations, safety concerns, and data quality issues
• Assess factors affecting patient safety and clinical data integrity at investigator sites, including protocol violations and pharmacovigilance matters
• Escalate serious issues immediately to project teams and collaborate on action plans
• Document observations and write queries, protocol deviation reports, or action items in appropriate systems for site teams and CRAs
• Verify investigational product dispensing, administration, laboratory procedures, and eTMF completeness via vendor systems
• Complete activity documentation through tracking, reporting, and monitoring plan requirements
• Manage patient- and site-level activities to meet project objectives, deliverables, and timelines within scope and budget
• Participate in investigator meetings, sponsor meetings, project staff meetings, and clinical training sessions as required

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH E6 (R2) Guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements
• Strong computer skills with demonstrated ability to embrace new technologies
• Mastery of MS Excel including sorting, filtering, calculating, and pivoting functions
• Proficiency with analytical data visualization tools (adjusting visualizations, selecting data subsets for analysis)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Developing therapeutic area expertise
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities with appropriate guidance
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (limited to trainings and investigator meetings)
