Channel Account Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity organization seeking a Channel Account Manager to develop and grow their partner ecosystem across Southeast Asia, based in Indonesia. Our talent team is working with a global leader in security solutions with decades of proven success protecting organizations worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement channel development and revenue plans for covered Southeast Asian countries aligned with overall territory growth targets
• Ensure channel strategy alignment with sales teams, understanding their coverage models, target accounts, verticals, and geographic focus
• Coordinate training on products, solutions, and business processes to enhance partner self-sufficiency and win competitive mindshare
• Drive joint opportunity development through account mapping, marketing activities, and coordinating marketing budgets with channel partners
• Manage deal registration, forecast, and pipeline with channel partners while coordinating engagement with regional sales managers
• Prepare and own individual business plans for each focus partner and conduct quarterly performance reviews
• Address and support partner administrative issues as needed
• Maintain deep awareness of channel partners' strategies and serve as a trusted, valued resource

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales with strong understanding of the industry landscape, partner ecosystems, and regional market trends
• Demonstrated success leading and scaling partner sales teams and executing effective partner strategies
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or equivalents
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to use data and relationships to drive decision-making
• Self-starter with collaborative mindset, excellent organizational skills, and drive for success
• Willing and able to travel across the region as required (up to 50%)
• Must have the right to work in Indonesia
