About the Role

As a Food and Beverage Associate in our Target Starbucks café, you'll be the friendly face behind the counter, expertly preparing drinks and food items to our guests' exact specifications. You'll maintain our high standards for cleanliness, safety, and speed while building genuine connections with customers. This role combines technical beverage preparation skills with genuine hospitality—creating memorable moments in every interaction.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and other café offerings with precision and consistency
• Take customer orders accurately and answer questions about menu options, ingredients, and customizations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment, following all health and sanitation guidelines
• Stock supplies, manage inventory, and monitor product expiration dates
• Process transactions using our point-of-sale system and handle cash responsibly
• Work collaboratively with team members to support the broader Target experience
• Accommodate special requests and dietary needs with patience and professionalism
