As a Specialty Sales associate, you're the expert guests turn to when shopping for fashion, electronics, and beauty essentials. You'll work in Target's dedicated Style, Tech, and Beauty departments, where product knowledge and personalized attention drive both guest satisfaction and store success. This role combines sales, customer service, and merchandising responsibilities in one of Target's most dynamic retail areas.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests and assess their needs across style, technology, and beauty categories
• Provide expert product recommendations and educate guests on features and benefits
• Process transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain department appearance, stock levels, and product displays
• Build guest relationships that encourage return visits and loyalty
