About the Role

As a General Merchandise and Food Associate, you'll be the backbone of store operations, managing multiple departments and ensuring every area runs smoothly. You'll balance responsibilities across merchandise processing, customer-facing duties, and specialized food service functions including Starbucks operations. Your work directly impacts how guests experience Target and how efficiently the team executes daily priorities.

What You'll Do

• Process inbound merchandise, unload trucks, and prepare products for the sales floor with accuracy and speed
• Stock shelves and displays across general merchandise departments, maintaining organization and product availability
• Execute closing procedures, including zone recovery, cleaning, and securing merchandise
• Support fulfillment operations, picking and packing items for guest orders
• Operate the Starbucks counter, preparing beverages and managing the food service area
• Handle food and beverage stocking, rotation, and quality standards
• Assist guests and answer product questions across departments
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and operational metrics
