About the Role

As a General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, and Food Service Associate at Target, you'll contribute to our store's success through diverse operational responsibilities. This full-time position spans general merchandise, food and beverage service including Starbucks, fulfillment operations, and closing duties. You'll be part of a team dedicated to maintaining our store's efficiency, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction every single day.

What You'll Do

• Stock and organize general merchandise throughout the store, ensuring products are well-presented and easy for guests to find
• Receive, check in, and process inbound shipments with accuracy and efficiency
• Pick, pack, and fulfill guest orders for both in-store and online purchases
• Execute comprehensive closing procedures, securing the store and preparing it for the next business day
• Prepare and serve food and beverages at our Starbucks location, maintaining quality and food safety standards
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service at checkout and throughout the store
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational and sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evening and closing hours
• Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise regularly and safely
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Solid communication and teamwork abilities
• Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one if required
