Target is hiring full-time General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, and Starbucks Team Members at its Seven Springs store in Pasco County — a fast-paced, guest-focused role starting at $15.50 per hour.

About the Role

As part of Target's GM and Food team at the Seven Springs location, you'll keep the store running smoothly across multiple operational areas — from stocking shelves and fulfilling orders to serving guests at the food and beverage counter. This is a full-time position with variety built in: no two shifts look exactly the same, and your contributions directly shape how guests experience the store.

What You'll Do

• Stock, zone, and replenish General Merchandise and Food and Beverage departments to maintain in-stock availability for guests
• Execute inbound freight processes, including unloading, sorting, and pushing product to the sales floor efficiently
• Pick, pack, and stage guest orders for Drive Up, Order Pickup, and ship-from-store fulfillment
• Support closing duties — including final zone checks, reshop, and securing the store at end of shift
• Operate the in-store Starbucks location, preparing beverages and food items while delivering a welcoming guest experience
• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards throughout all food and beverage areas
• Collaborate with teammates and leaders to hit productivity goals and keep the floor guest-ready

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work a full-time schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends
• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs throughout a shift
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy when fulfilling orders or stocking product
• A guest-first mindset — friendly, approachable, and ready to assist anyone on the floor
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and adapt to shifting priorities
• Prior retail, grocery, warehouse, or food service experience is a plus but not required
