As a GM and Food Team Member at Target in Mount Dora, Lake County, you'll be a core part of keeping the store running smoothly across multiple functional areas. Key Responsibilities
- Execute general merchandise processes with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining organized and well-stocked sales floors
- Support closing operations by securing the store, completing end-of-day tasks, and preparing the floor for the next business day
- Process inbound freight — receiving, sorting, and stocking product to keep inventory flowing and shelves guest-ready
- Pick, pack, and stage orders as part of the fulfillment team, supporting same-day delivery and order pickup services
- Assist in the Food & Beverage department, ensuring product freshness, proper zoning, and an appealing presentation
- Operate within the in-store Starbucks location, serving guests and upholding brand and safety standards
- Deliver a consistent, welcoming guest experience across all assigned work areas
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, physically active environment — lifting, standing, and moving throughout a shift
- Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude
- Prior retail, food service, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
