About the Role

As a Guest Advocate at our Helena, Montana Target store, you'll earn a starting hourly wage of $17.00 per hour while working full-time in an on-demand capacity. This flexible role lets you contribute meaningfully to our store's success across diverse operational areas, supporting both the team and our guests daily.

What You'll Do

• Process transactions accurately and courteously at the registers while delivering warm guest engagement
• Support general merchandise, fulfillment operations, and inventory management as scheduled
• Assist with food and beverage service while maintaining health and safety standards
• Help maintain store presentation, organize displays, and stock products in the style department
• Respond to guest questions and concerns with professionalism and problem-solving focus
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational targets
