Target is hiring a Food and Beverage Team Member for our Cedar Rapids location in Linn County. This full-time position manages our Starbucks, deli, and bakery departments, where you'll prepare quality items and create a welcoming experience for guests shopping at Target.

About the Role

You'll be central to Target's Food and Beverage operations, preparing and serving items that guests enjoy while shopping. This position combines customer service, food preparation, and operational responsibilities in a dynamic retail environment.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve beverages, prepared foods, and baked goods to guest preferences
• Process customer orders and handle cash and card transactions
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow food safety procedures
• Stock and rotate products to ensure quality and freshness
• Support team members during high-volume periods
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service
• Follow all company policies and food handling standards
