About the Role

In this full-time position, you'll work as part of Target's operations and fulfillment crew, managing the critical closing and merchandise processes that support our daily store functions. You'll combine attention to detail with physical stamina to complete assigned closing tasks, organize inventory, and prepare merchandise for the next business day. Your work directly supports Target's commitment to keeping our stores clean, organized, and ready to serve all our guests.

What You'll Do

• Execute end-of-shift closing procedures including merchandise breakdown, organization, and repositioning
• Fulfill assigned merchandise tasks with accuracy and efficiency to meet daily operational deadlines
• Manage general merchandise areas, including receiving, stocking, and inventory-related activities
• Follow established processes and procedures to maintain consistency and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete closing responsibilities on time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment throughout your shift
• Communicate effectively with your team and leadership about operational needs and challenges

Compensation

The starting hourly rate for this position is $15.50 USD per hour.
