Guest Advocates are the foundation of Target's guest experience. Whether you're working the register, assisting shoppers on the floor, or managing our parking area, you'll build relationships with community members and ensure every visit is positive. What You'll Do
- Process guest purchases at checkout with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide friendly assistance to help guests locate merchandise and answer questions
- Stock shelves, maintain displays, and organize merchandise for easy shopping
- Gather and return shopping carts to keep the store looking sharp and operating safely
- Keep fitting rooms, checkout lanes, and sales floors clean and welcoming
- Handle multiple payment types including cash, cards, and mobile payments
- Work as part of a team to support busy store operations and exceed guest expectations
What We're Looking For

Compensation & Details
