• Shape session delivery methods to suit learner needs while remaining faithful to the fixed curriculum
• Collaborate with fellow Electorate trainers to maintain coverage and quality standards across the wider network
• Prepare required materials, manage attendance logistics, and capture feedback after each event
• Respond willingly to scheduling that includes evenings and weekends so all electorate requirements are met
• Report progress and learner outcomes to support continuous improvement of local training delivery
