The Opportunity

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist senior solicitors with case files across total and permanent disability, compulsory third party and workers compensation claims
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, statements and advice under supervision
- Conduct legal research, review medical and liability evidence, and prepare briefs
- Interview clients, take instructions and maintain regular file updates
- Support negotiations, settlement conferences and court or tribunal preparation
- Manage deadlines, diaries and electronic case systems in a high-volume personal injury practice
What We're Looking For
- Recent law graduate or junior lawyer with admission (or eligibility) in New South Wales
- Strong interest in personal injury plaintiff work focused on TPD, CTP and WC
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for client and team interaction
- Ability to organise multiple matters, prioritise tasks and work accurately under guidance
- Proactive attitude, resilience and willingness to learn from mentors in a dynamic firm setting
- Familiarity with common personal injury processes or litigation workflows (preferred but not essential)
