Your Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse caseload of CTP, workers compensation and public liability claims from initial instructions through to resolution as part of a high-performing personal injury team
• Advise clients, prepare pleadings and supporting documents, and conduct negotiations to achieve favourable outcomes
• Appear at mediations, conferences and related interlocutory steps while exercising sound judgment under supervision
• Collaborate efficiently with partners and colleagues, taking ownership of files and contributing to the firm’s integrated service model
• Stay current with legislative developments affecting personal injury litigation in New South Wales and apply them to practical case strategies

Requirements

• Around two years of post-admission associate-level experience focused on CTP, workers compensation and/or public liability work
• A current practising certificate allowing you to practise as a solicitor in New South Wales
• Ability to manage a personal caseload independently while drawing constructively on partner mentoring
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills together with strong organisational and analytical capability
• A proactive mindset suited to a fast-paced, growing personal injury environment in The Rocks, Sydney
