What You'll Do
- Advise on commercial contracts and property transactions across sales, purchases and leasing
- Draft, review and negotiate a full range of property and commercial agreements
- Complete due-diligence investigations and risk assessments for property and commercial deals
- Project-manage matters from instruction through to settlement or completion
- Coordinate with other practice groups on multi-faceted issues and assist in developing more junior colleagues
What You Bring
- At least three years of commercial and property law experience, positioned for senior-associate progression
- Current Australian practising certificate, ideally New South Wales admission
- Proven skill in preparing precise contractual and property-related documentation
- Strong analytical judgement and clear client-facing communication
- An ability to contribute productively within a collaborative multi-practice team
