About the Role

As a Hotel Maintenance/Engineer I working the overnight shift, you'll be the hands-on problem-solver who ensures every guest space, system, and amenity stays in peak condition while the resort sleeps. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rolling Hills, ideal for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in proactive upkeep and quality repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance across plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry repairs
• Operate, service, and troubleshoot heating and air-conditioning systems
• Safely use a full range of hand and power tools to complete repairs and installations
• Actively support the resort's preventive maintenance program, staying fully versed in its goals and the equipment it covers
• Respond to overnight maintenance needs throughout the property to maintain a safe, comfortable environment for guests and staff

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge and practical experience in building maintenance and repair
• Working competence across plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and HVAC operation
• Confident, correct use of hand and power tools
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and related machinery
• Ability to climb ladders and remain in good physical condition to perform the physical demands of the role
• Availability to work the overnight shift on a full-time basis
