Your Responsibilities

• Prepare meals that carefully account for special dietary requirements and allergies, thereby protecting the safety of children at the centre
• Apply creativity together with strong organisational skills to design the menu and order necessary food supplies after consulting the Centre Director
• Uphold consistently high standards of food safety throughout every stage of preparation, storage and service
• Keep the kitchen and associated work areas clean, organised and compliant with daily operational expectations
• Coordinate stock levels and deliveries so that ingredients remain fresh and available for planned menus
