Service Manager (South Wilmot)

Are you ready to be a Roadie? Texas Roadhouse is hiring a legendary full-time Service Manager for our South Wilmot location in Tucson, Pima County, to lead our Front of House team and deliver an unforgettable guest experience every shift.

About the Role

As the Service Manager at Texas Roadhouse in Tucson, you'll own the day-to-day operations of the Front of House. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on building a motivated team, upholding our standards of hospitality, and making sure every guest who walks through our South Wilmot doors leaves with a reason to come back. If you love people first and great food second, this role was made for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all Front of House daily operations, from opening procedures to closing the dining room.
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop Front of House staff to perform at their best.
• Champion outstanding service so each guest enjoys our signature hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards across the dining areas.
• Coach team members daily while preparing them for future growth and opportunity.
• Partner with the broader management team to hit operational and service goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a Front of House team in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Strong people-leadership skills with a genuine passion for developing others.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping service standards high.
• A people-first mindset and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
• Availability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
